As one of the respected dance schools in the area, we believe that your participation would be a valuable addition to our program.

We are pleased to offer your dance school a special registration rate for the festival which are as follows:

If the school brings 0-4 students (excluding the instructor/director), Director/Teacher gets to pay Limited Offer Platinum Plan/Gold Plan which is INR 13999/-/15499/- respectively.
If the school brings 5-9 students (excluding the instructor/director), Director/Teacher gets the Platinum Plan/Gold Plan for a price of INR 6999/-/7750/- respectively.
If the school brings 10 students (excluding the instructor/director), Director/Teacher gets the Platinum Plan/Gold Plan for Free of Charge.
If the school brings more than 10 students (excluding the instructor/director), Director/Teacher gets the Platinum Plan/Gold Plan for Free of Charge along with 10% OFF on the package price/student.

These includes:

The opportunity to perform in Dance of Desert's Grand Gala, a Magnificent Stage production for all belly dancers which will be seen by a large and enthusiastic audience.
Participating in this festival can also help you promote your dance school to a wider audience by including your logo on our event's Backdrop and in social media posts.
This majestic event will also provide you a great opportunity to network and connect with others in the dance community where you will get the chance to meet other dancers and instructors, exchange ideas, and build relationships that can benefit your school in the future.
The festival also includes a vendor area, which provides an opportunity to sell your merchandise, such as costumes, accessories, and dance gear if any.

Terms & Conditions:

There are NO REFUNDS - so please be certain before registering for the event. Applicable Taxes are already included on the package rates mentioned.
If you are unable to attend, you may sell your spot and notify the event organizer with the new registrant’s email and name.
Workshop students have to wear their wrist band allotted to them every time they enter for the workshop else; they will NOT be permitted to attend any workshops under any circumstances.
Videography and Photography is strictly PROHIBITED during workshops until permitted by the artist.
Music or Track for performance in Grand Gala has to be shared 15 days prior to the commencement date and should NOT exceed more than 5 minutes.
Viewing the Grand Gala is allowed for general public / non workshop participants at a price of INR 299 per person at first come first serve basis.
Hip-Scarves and other belly dance items will be available for purchase in our Sponsor section at workshop venue with a FIXED price which will be NON refundable but can be REPLACED if found default.
The festival reserves the right to make any changes whatsoever depending upon the situation.
