1. There are NO REFUNDS - so please be certain before registering for the event.. Applicable Taxes are already included on the package rates mentioned.

2. If you are unable to attend, you may sell your spot and notify the event organiser with the new registrant’s email and name.

3. Workshop students have to wear their wrist band allotted to them every time they enter for the workshop else; they will NOT be permitted to attend any workshops under any circumstances.

4. Videography and Photography is strictly PROHIBITED during workshops until permitted by the artist.

5. Viewing the Grand Gala is allowed for general public / non workshop participants at a price of INR 499 per person at first come first serve basis.

6. Hip-Scarves and other belly dance items will be available for purchase in our Sponsor section at workshop venue with a FIXED price which will be NON refundable but can be REPLACED if found default.

7. The festival reserves the right to make any changes whatsoever depending upon the situation.

Dance of Desert Certification

Participants who has attended all classes will receive a formal certification for completion of the workshops! Each student MUST attend all of the classes to receive the certification of completion (it is OK to just take notes, but you must attend the class). You will be given your certificate duly signed at the end of the 6th workshop.
